1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of aimode.pro (“the site”, “we”, “us”). The site provides free, browser-based calculators, converters and tools for working with PDFs, images, text, audio and AI prompts. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The tools are free and provided as-is
Every tool on the site is free to use, with no account and no usage limit. The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, available at all times, or suitable for a particular purpose.
3. Your files stay on your device
All processing happens inside your web browser. Your files and text are not uploaded to our servers. This means we cannot recover, restore or access anything you process — keep your own copies of important files.

You are responsible for the files and text you process and for how you use the output. You must have the right to use any file you process. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, to process content you are not permitted to handle, or to attempt to interfere with the site’s operation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site at scale, embed the tools on another site without permission, or use automated means to overload the service.

The site’s design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. Some tools use open-source libraries under their respective licences. Output you create with the tools belongs to you.

Some tools load open-source JavaScript libraries from public content delivery networks. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the tools, including loss of data, loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss.
